When u contact us, we collect the details u submit, including ur name, email, website, and message. We use them to reply, assess the work, and keep a record of the inquiry.

We use Supabase to store inquiries and Resend to deliver emails. If u open the scheduling module, Google Calendar handles the booking and applies its own privacy policy.

site operation

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit form abuse. We may save campaign tags in ur browser for the current session and attach them to an inquiry so we know which campaign brought u here.

website analytics

We use YG3 to understand site visits, campaign sources, button clicks, and form submissions. Its pixel sends YG3 the page URL, page title, referring page, device information, campaign tags, and visitor and session identifiers. When u submit a form, it can also send ur name, email, phone number, and message. It uses a visitor cookie that lasts up to one year, plus browser storage to connect visits and campaign activity.

We also use PostHog to measure page visits, campaign sources, creative views, inquiry submissions, and calendar opens. We send it the selected service and campaign tags, but do not send contact-form names, emails, phone numbers, websites, or messages. PostHog uses a browser identifier with a cookie that lasts up to 90 days. We honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting for PostHog.

On public pages, PostHog can record how visitors use the site. We mask form inputs and exclude calendar embeds and private content from these recordings. We do not record administrator, sign-in, or IR pages. We measure visits and calendar clicks on the IR page separately, without recording its content.

access & retention

We restrict inquiry records and unpublished assets to authorized administrators. We retain inquiry details while we handle the conversation and related business records. U can ask us to access, correct, or delete ur information by emailing zaid@yourinternetfriends.com.
